Since all products are 100% handmade, your package will be shipped within 1-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation email (Usually 1-2 working days, but for customized products, it will take 3-5 working days). And You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping and Estimates

Currently, we offer standard shipping worldwide.

Generally, it takes 8 to 12 business days to receive the package after it's shipped out. For some specific styles, we support fast delivery within 3-5 business days to your door in the USA.

If there are holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc., it may take longer to receive the package, depending on the delivery speed of the courier company.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped out, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order, please contact us online with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If the product has quality problems, we accept returns or refunds unconditionally.

If the product has no quality problems, we accept returns up to 10 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
