Free replacement is available within 6 months if color fading or damage occur. The time period is calculated from the date of purchase. However, damages caused by human factors or improper care are not covered under the replacement policy.

🌸Since all products are 100% handmade, your package will be shipped within 1-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. (Usually 1-2 working days, but for customized products, it will take 3-5 working days). And You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

🌸The shipment usually takes 8 to 12 business days. But if you are from some remote areas such as Hawaii, Guam, etc, the shipment may take about 15-25 business days.

Cleaning: Use a soft brush or cloth to fluff the flowers and keep them dust-free. For any stains, gently clean with mild soap and warm water.
