1. HANDMADE PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Many YSHomy crochet flowers, crochet bouquets, and handmade gifts are individually made by hand. Small differences in color, size, shape, flower placement, stitching, wrapping, texture, and other details are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not necessarily defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, yarn batches, and material availability. We aim to represent each product accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every handmade item will be identical to the product photographs.

Some YSHomy products are created using photographs, names, dates, messages, recordings, or other information submitted by the customer. You are responsible for reviewing all customization details for accuracy before placing your order.

By submitting photographs, text, names, recordings, or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right and permission to provide and use the submitted content.

• The content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

• The content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

• YSHomy may use the content as necessary to review, produce, fulfill, and support your specific order.

Customer-uploaded photographs, names, messages, and other personalization details are not used for advertising, public display, or unrelated marketing purposes without the customer’s separate permission. They may be processed by service providers involved in producing or fulfilling the order and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel a customization request that appears unlawful, infringes third-party rights, contains prohibited material, or cannot reasonably be produced.

1. PERSONALIZED PRODUCT RETURNS AND CHANGES

Personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer. Once production has started, customization details might not be changeable, and cancellations might no longer be possible.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality-related reasons, including a change of mind, an incorrectly submitted name, date, message, photograph, color choice, size selection, or other customer-provided information.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order because of a production error, please contact info@yshomy.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
