Standard Orders (Ready-to-Ship Items):

All non-custom orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our studio within 3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Custom & Pre-Order Items:

Handmade-to-order pieces require 5-7 business days for production before shipping. These items are clearly marked with a "Made-to-Order" badge on product pages.

2. Delivery Timelines

While we wish we could control every mile of the journey, here's what to expect:

Typical Transit: 8 business days after dispatch

Important Notes:

✦ U.S. Customs: All international packages entering the U.S. require additional processing time due to current regulations.

✦ Holiday Seasons: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas often bring carrier delays – we recommend ordering 2-3 weeks early during these periods

Full bespoke designs: 3-4 weeks
