Processing and transit are different

The current shipping policy states that most orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–4 business days; international, customized or made-to-order items may require up to 5 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch for the U.S. and 10–25 internationally.

What does 3-Day Delivery mean?

This is the collection’s name, not a promise that every order arrives in exactly three days. The policy lists 3–5 business days for eligible items sent to U.S. destinations. Check the item, destination and available checkout service; not every bouquet, color or personalized item qualifies.

Shipping charges

The policy lists USD 8 flat-rate tracked shipping for standard orders. Eligible U.S. 3-Day Delivery orders below USD 59 have a USD 8 charge; eligible orders of USD 59 or more ship free. This is not storewide free shipping. Final charges, currency and available options are confirmed at checkout.

Planning for a holiday

For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Halloween, Christmas or an August celebration, first confirm the celebration date for the recipient’s country and year. Allow for processing, transit, weekends, public holidays and possible delays. A past article saying there is still time is not a current order deadline. If the estimate misses your date, choose another arrangement rather than relying on an unconfirmed arrival promise.

Choosing a gift without rushing

Consider the recipient’s favorite colors, display space and preferences: roses for a classic look, sunflowers for bright color, lilies for a different silhouette, or an available decorative design. These are style ideas, not a claim that each item is in fast-delivery stock. Review the actual product’s contents and options before ordering.

Tracking and current information

A shipping confirmation email contains tracking information; updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. Use the current shipping policy and checkout estimate, and contact the store with your order number if help is needed. Delivery estimates are not a holiday-arrival guarantee.
