As our personalized products are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

If you believe your product has a quality issue, please contact our customer service team to initiate a refund request. Once your request is approved, we will process the refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing speed of your payment bank.

Shipping

Each personalized order is made to ship, and while most of our pieces are produced within 3-4 business days after getting your personalized contents, some pieces may take more time.

The shipment usually takes 8 to 12 days. But if you are from some remote areas such as Hawaii, Guam, etc, the shipment may take about 15-25 days.

If there are holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc., it may take longer to receive the package, depending on the delivery speed of the courier company.
